Danny was running a little late, but gave me a timely call to let me know. He was only about 20 minutes later than expected. He be was polite, friendly, and certainly knew what he was doing. He solved my problem and showed me how to avoid it in the future, serviced my door and left thanking me for the call. I will definitely call them again if I have any other issues. I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service!. Was able to determine what the issue was once stepped into the garage and explained why it happened. Also recommend to use Garage Door Lubricant to help with the noise and life span of the springs. Very informative guy.
